The ES20 series low-voltage motor comprehensive protection device is used to protect motors with a rated working voltage of 660V and a rated current of 250A (greater than 250A requires an external current transformer). Protect the motor from hazards caused by overload, overheating, external faults, blocked current, phase sequence, phase imbalance, undervoltage, overvoltage, underpower, grounding or leakage faults.
The controller can measure current signals, and by adding a voltage module, it can measure grid parameters such as voltage, active power, reactive power, frequency, and electrical energy. By adding a display module, the measured parameters can be displayed, making it convenient for users to monitor the grid situation.
The controller is equipped with a standard 485 interface and adopts MODBUS protocol, which is convenient for users to network. Profibus protocol can also be used. By adding an analog output module, 4-20mA analog signals can be output, making it convenient for users to perform centralized control.
The controller is based on microprocessor technology and adopts a modular design structure. The product has a small volume, compact structure, and easy installation. It can be directly installed and used in low-voltage control terminal cabinets and various drawer cabinets with 1/4 modulus and above. It can be combined with electrical components such as contactors and motor starters to form a motor control and protection unit, suitable for factories, coal mines, petrochemicals, smelting, power and other fields.
